A piece of zoo equipment used to scratch the underside of a giraffe’s chin.
I agree with Chip, some sort of fruit picker… unless it is just a cultivator that got run over by a tractor :)
This is a roof gutter cleaning devise.
looks like a bent rake device and or a fruit picker that’s well, just frankly gone too far!
It’ s used to clean out rain gutters, well attempt to anyway.
