    Kitchen tool used for slicing some fruits and vegetables. I seem to remember my grandmother using it several ways. One was on carrots as one long spiral to garnish the outside border of a plate. I could see it being used on pears and apples, but my grandmother had another kitchen tool that would not only slice the fruit but would core it at the same time. If you would like I could upload a photo of that sometime.

    Its a kitchen gadget. Primarily used to spiral potatoes. Great for a decorative cut….

    You can find different versions to handle bigger fruits and veges
